JEONJU BIBIMBAP
(c) The Chosun Ilbo
Bibimbap , one of my most favorite Korean dish and a food which I always eat with my family specially on Sundays ♥
Bibimbap composed of differed colors of vegetables , egg and even meat . Its a simple way of making Korean Foods when you are craving for some ♥
JEONJU is known for the HOME of BIBIMBAP. The rice used for bibimbap in Jeonju is cooked not in plain water but in beef broth. And that’s how we made them too here in our house and I think the key ingredient for a perfect JEONJU BIBIMBAP is bean sprouts. Since we can’t buy a perfect bean sprout for our Bibimbap , we just buy bean sprouts sold in our market. Its like Korean + Filipino ingredients= Yummy F♥♥ds .
So today I’m gonna show you a video / animation video + pictures on how I made BIBIMBAP , the KRISTINE’S way. Hahaha
